Here’s a behind the scenes look at what’s going on in the IWL today.

Giving everyone an update as to what’s going on. We’re fighting off some spambots once again. Seemingly they managed a way to infect the servers where the IWL is hosted and they’re crawling all over the place. Don’t worry we won’t let this get us down again as we’ve learned our lesson the first two times where the site was hacked.

Meanwhile we’ve received our “first” applicant to the IWL, expect a post to be made up here in-character as what’s going on there. We’re trying to start as we always do and that’s in-house with the wrestlers who committed to returning when the IWL was ready to return.

Many have asked about IWL returning to G-Fed 3.0 in some compacity and I would be lying if I didn’t say that I wasn’t already contemplating the same. To move IWL from G-Fed to E-Fed BACK to G-Fed would be a huge move and somewhat hard to do. On one hand there’s the option of easily recruiting to fit in the fed as there aren’t that many feds as there were on G-Fed 2.0 (last count I believe there was over 10K and nearly a 1/4 of those weren’t even wrestling feds as I remember it on G-Fed 2, now there’s barely over 30.) On the other hand, it would mean learning restructured HTML, which isn’t hard but is several limited.

Nonetheless, we’re still gearing up over here and looking around in places for a roster. While I’d like to set a tentative start date, I don’t want to either rush things nor but up an end all date to come back. But I will say it will be soon. Many remember I even started the last round of IWL with four people. Then it 12. Then it went to crap. Either way, we’ll start as soon as I feel we’re ready.
